In John 1, v1 says…”In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.’…v14 says…’And the Word became flesh (Jesus) and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth; we have beheld His glory, glory as of the ONLY Son from the Father…’ v18 says…’…the ONLY Son, Who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made Him (God) known.’ Again in this chapter of John, Jesus = Word made flesh = Word = God.

In Matthew 3:13-17…v16, 17…”…the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on Him (Jesus), and lo, a voice from heaven, saying, ‘This is My beloved Son, with whom I am well-pleased.’”
Also, in John 4:24, Jesus said, “God is Spirit and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and in truth.”
Here, we see God = Spirit + truth.

In John 3:16, it says,”For God so loved the world that He gave His ONLY begotten Son (Jesus), that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal/everlasting life.”

In Acts 4:12, it says, “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

1Timothy 2:5 says, “For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,”

In John 20:24-31, we read that Thomas, who doubted the testimony of those disciples who had seen the risen Christ, after his first-hand encounter with the resurrected Jesus cried(v28),…”My Lord and my God!” Again, clearly, this proves…Jesus = Lord = God!!!

In short, Jesus = God taking the form of Man when He walked this earth. But now, He operates in the Spirit realm with His worshippers and everyone who thirsts and hungers for God and God’s truth.

But Jesus also accepted worship, equated Himself with the Father, said that seeing Him was seeing the Father, called Himself ‘I AM’ (i.e. YHWH, the Jewish proper name of God), is Immanuel (meaning God with us), is the Messiah who is God Himself according to Old Testament prophecy…

If Jesus doesn’t consider himself as “good”, then how can any sane person put him on the same level as GOD Almighty?

In Matthew 24:36 Jesus told his followers that no one (including Jesus) knows when the judgment day will come; Only GOD knows. Jesus’s followers wanted to know when the Judgment day will come.

In John 14:28 “The Father is greater than I.”

In John 10:29 “My Father is greater than ALL.”

In John 5:30 “I can of mine own self do NOTHING…..I seek not my own will but the will of Him who sent me.” Jesus was sent in this verse by his own admission. In this verse he himself says that the one who is sent: “….. the one who is sent is not greater than the one who sent (John 13:16).”

How many people existed before Abraham? The Bible presents Jeremiah as being a prophet before he was conceived in his mother’s womb; “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations. (From the NIV Bible, Jeremiah 1:5)” Yet no one says that his pre-human existence qualifies him for deity. In Exodus chapter 3, God allegedly says: “I am what I am.” Long before the time of Jesus, there existed a Greek translation of the Old Testament called the Septuagint. The key word, “I am,” in Exodus which is used by Christians to prove the deity of Jesus is translated as “HO ON.” However, when Jesus uses the word in John 8:58 the Greek of the “I am,” is EGO EIMI. If Jesus wanted to tell the Jews that he was claiming to be God he should have at least remained consistent in the use of words or the whole point is lost. How many people in that age would have said “I am,” in answer to questions in everyday life. Billions. Are they all gods? Of course not !.
